By initializing a session with Priv8SMS, you enter into a binding agreement with our infrastructure. This protocol governs your access to and use of our virtual number mesh. If you do not consent to these terms, you must terminate your session immediately.
Priv8SMS provides encrypted access to temporary mobile identifiers (Virtual Numbers) for the purpose of receiving inbound SMS traffic. Our nodes are sourced globally and are intended for disposable verification tasks.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our infrastructure for illegal operations, automated spam campaigns, systematic harassment, or any activity that bypasses national security measures. Any detection of such operations will result in immediate node termination and balance forfeiture.
4.1 Account Security: You are the sole custodian of your account credentials and API keys. Priv8SMS is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
4.2 Balance Credits: Deposits are converted into internal platform credits. These credits have no cash value and are only redeemable for activations within our infrastructure. Credits do not expire.
4.3 Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without prior consultation with our support infrastructure is considered a breach of contract and will result in permanent suspension.
Our service is provided "as-is" without explicit guarantees of success for every third-party platform. While our delivery rates are maintained at 99.9%, we are not responsible for blocking measures implemented by external services.
